This class targets the muscles that support and stabilise the knees, helping you train strength where it really matters. We’ll use ankle weights, resistance bands and dumbbells to challenge your lower body and build power from the ground up. Strong thighs and stable knees don’t just improve performance – they protect you from injury and give you cleaner lines and more confidence, too.
