This is Isabella’s go to warm up before class: simple, effective and designed to activate everything without draining your energy. Over 30 minutes, we’ll open the hips and hamstrings, wake up the core and back and stretch just enough to feel loose while keeping strength switched on. It’s the perfect routine to help you feel ready, connected and focused before stepping up to the barre. Beginners can modify the deeper stretches at the end to suit their range.
