We’ll target the abdominals, obliques, glutes and inner thighs, working with precision and control to improve alignment and support. Expect to sweat and shake as we deepen your placement and refine your movement patterns. This is a challenging, advanced workout, perfect before class or as a standalone session when you want to feel grounded, strong and connected through your centre.
