This is one of Isabella’s favourite classes – a floor barre that builds strength, awareness and control in all the right places. Inspired by years of floor barre practice and refined with her own techniques, this session focuses on activating the inner thighs, glutes and turnout muscles to support your standing work. You’ll learn how to isolate, activate and strengthen the muscles that often get overlooked in class, especially those tricky deep rotators. Do it consistently and you’ll feel the results in balance, stability, and control. Best for intermediate level and up.
