About This Level

This level is for adult dancers (18+) with around two years of experience training at least once a week, those returning to ballet as adults, or anyone with a little experience who wants to build their technique properly from the ground up.
We move with care and intention here. You’ll learn to stand with correctness, move with clarity, and coordinate your whole body with purpose, developing the strength, awareness, and confidence that support healthy, lasting progress. Every detail matters. Every step is earned.
