More connection. More clarity. More you. \nAbout This Level\nWe invite you to watch the short video below from Isabella. It gives an honest and clear sense of the level and what to expect. \nThe Improver level is often described as Advanced Beginner. It is for adult dancers (18+) who already have some ballet experience and are ready to move beyond the basics into more continuous\, demanding work. \nAt this level\, we begin to connect technique across the whole body with greater clarity and speed. You will refine alignment\, coordination\, and musicality\, while building the strength and control needed for more complex combinations. The focus is on understanding\, consistency\, and steady progress\, not perfection.
