This course is for dancers who already feel confident at the barre and are ready to challenge their pointework in the centre.
Isabella starts with targeted conditioning exercises for ankle and calf strength, then moves through a demanding Vaganova-style barre before heading into centrework. You’ll cover everything from fondu to ronds en l’air to pirouettes on pointe – all with the clean technique and musicality Isabella is known for. Expect sweat, detail and pointe-perfect precision.
