From ankle strength to pelvic stability and proprioception drills, Isabella shows you exactly how to become more centred. Whether you wobble on rises or feel unsteady in arabesque, this course will give you the tools to fix it. You’ll finish stronger, more grounded, and with far more confidence in your ability to hold your balance no matter what the choreography demands.

You will need a theraband, a small Pilates ball, and a wobble board or foam balance block. All levels welcome.
