Your core is your centre – and in ballet, everything stems from it. This class is designed to help intermediate dancers strengthen their deep stabilising muscles in a way that directly supports technique.

You’ll work through mat-based exercises that build control, coordination and true functional strength. The goal? A centre that supports turnout, balances your extensions and keeps your movement clean, calm and collected.

Expect exercises that challenge both your core and your concentration – and help you bring more power, more presence and more precision to your dancing.
