This floor barre course is the missing piece of the puzzle to your ballet training : the very foundations you never learn in a typical vocational ballet training, but is a part of the pre ballet curriculum of the best ballet schools:

The course is composed in two parts;

The first part starts with the 4 foundational exercises, which build our turn out and placement of the fundamental ballet movements, much like the beginning of the ballet barre.

The second part conditions our body for harder ballet technical elements and refining our classical lines with exercises such as ab work, adages, batterie etc. it reflects what is required for the second half of barre through to center work.

Jumps

Proper alignment and targeting just the right areas to strengthen and fast track our progress in improving the height, alignment and dynamic of your jumps, – as well as the aesthetic quality of our line.

In this course we strengthen the dynamic of the legs and speed which we need for effective beats and grand allegro!
