Turnout is one of the most fundamental — and most misunderstood — elements of dance training. This 7-day Pilates Turnout Course goes beyond the surface level to give dancers a genuine, embodied understanding of how turnout is created, supported, and sustained throughout the entire body. Rather than focusing on forcing range or gripping through the glutes, this programme introduces a smarter, deeper approach: one that connects the feet, inner thighs, deep rotators, spine, waist, and even the Psoas into a unified system that makes turnout feel natural, controlled, and lasting. Led by Zoe, each lesson layers new understanding on top of the last — so by the end of the week, you won’t just have more turnout, you’ll understand why it works, and how to use it every time you step into the studio.
